This place has such kind people. Food was amazing and service was fast and polite. I was an idiot and forgot my debit card at home so I couldn't pay. I had the money but I just needed to get the card since my ADHD was bad today. The gentleman at the counter covered my food for me when he didn't have to. I felt so embarrassed but I'm grateful for such nice and understanding people! You deserve all the 5 star reviews!... View all feedback.

One thing U'll got to cook the real chicken fried steak ..not the process one tastes to plastic!! Cook the stuffing a lil more! To wichy!! Corn bread is good tho! Cooking is from the heart..there' is where ur restaurant makes the big !...
A great Meat and Vegetable place to grab lunch or even a nice breakfast. If you are in Tuscaloosa when UA is in session then you should stop here and catch the local flavor. It’s been in business for a long time and there is a reason… it’s good.
A local cafe in downtown Northport. The menu changes every day. The food is good, the price is right and you have to say hello to Judy, she's a blast.
It used to be the place to go for great food at a great price. Nowadays prices have more than doubled and the food quality has declined dramatically. My last 3 visits have been very disappointing. The cornbread and sweet tea is still good, but everything else I’ve had tastes like it’s from the freezer, a can or out of a bag. My last visit I could not eat the chicken fried steak. A microwaveable frozen Banquet meal is comparable to what they serve here. In fact I would’ve preferred the frozen dinner on my last visit.
