I have been in this situation multiple times over the past month, and it always happens during breakfast. I consistently order the same item, an ultimate sausage biscuit with well-cooked sausage, but it never comes out the way I request. I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and I wish I had checked my order before leaving because they forgot to give me a biscuit. It may not seem like a big deal, but when I got home and realized, I called them and they told me to come back for it. When I returned, they had a bad attitude and the floor was dirty. I would give them 0 stars if I could because when I got home and tried the biscuit and gravy, it was gummy. The steak biscuit was also gummy and very hot. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The restaurant mixed up our order and gave us five different items. It's surprising how they could mess up such a simple task.
Stopped here with my daughter. The restaurant was immaculate and clean. Food was great and fresh. What really made it awesome was Gabe . He not only took my order, but came back and made sure everything was good while keeping the lobby clean. Kudos! I was impressed and will be back.
I decided to give Hardee's on McFarland another try this morning, hoping they had improved. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The employee who served me seemed to dislike their job, and the biscuits were so hard I couldn't even eat them. This will be my last visit to this Hardee's unless they make changes to their management and food quality. Corporate should address these issues immediately. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to.
OK food, but service was lacking. I don't think the woman said anything to my husband from the time we walked in, ordered, and walked out. No ice in the ice machine. No condiments anywhere. I would not recommend.
