What Diane Christopher doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Went to pick up order placed online. Asked girl at counter for ranch. She said they were out, yet a whole unopened box sat on the counter was labeled as ranch sauce, asked if she could open and she said no. She wouldn’t give us any other extra sauces. The drive-through and employees are always on top of their game. The food is great, but the staff and how you are treated would sell this place to me even if the food was great. View all feedback.
