They mov... read more Came on a Friday evening for a Christmas party. It was a private event. The staff was great. They really looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. They moved in and out of the crowd with ease and were helpful when my husband asked for a different beer than what they had. They kept everything clean and were so quick to clear the plates as we worked our way through the different courses. The noise level was perfect for this event. It was lively but not so loud that you couldn't carry a conversation. The parking was excellent. The bathrooms were clean. We bowled two games. Everything was working and we moved through our frames without any sluggishness from the system. It took a while for the pizza to come out and the selection was limited but what we had was so tasty. I wasn't overly impressed with the drinks. It was an open bar. I know some drinks were prepared in batches so a few were watered down from the melted ice. I would recommend this place as a good venue for a company event and if I lived closer I would come back again with my friends.

We were a party of 8, so they sat us off to the side in... read more It was our first disappointing experience at Pinstripes. In the past, we really enjoyed the restaurant. We were a party of 8, so they sat us off to the side in a small room with one other table that was unoccupied. Our waiter, while very pleasant, was not very attentive. We were always looking for him and had to follow-up a couple of times for missing drinks, the check, etc. Two in our group said that their entree was cold, but they did not send their dinners back as we could not find our waiter. My dinner was warm, but not hot. They were not exceptionally busy, so I am not sure of why this was our experience. We will hesitate to return.
