My friend’s mango sorbet arrived well a... read more When it came time for dessert and coffee, my cappuccino was cold and tasted mostly like foamy milk, without much flavor. My friend’s mango sorbet arrived well after my coffee, so we weren't really dining together. The server also didn’t bring sugar with the cappuccino, and after already asking him to remake my drink, I felt too exhausted to ask for anything else. I felt like I was being a demanding customer, but all I really wanted was a basic dining experience—with my food served at the right temperature, in a timely manner, along with occasional check-ins from the staff. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location, but I do still recommend the other Francesca's locations in general.

The coordinator was incredibly helpful and thorough. Our server, Kim, was outstanding and attentive to the needs of every guest. The food was delicious! The manager was also very accommodating and welcoming.

Me... read more Francesca's in Northbrook is a fantastic place to host a private event. Had a shower there yesterday. Everything from start to finish was easy and well done. Menu options are great. Room was all set up when we arrived, staff working the event were really great. Helpful, friendly, knew what they were doing. Food was all great. Can't say enough about how smoothly this event went. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Janie and Moises, our servers, they were amazing!
