When I a... read more I came to this Dunkin’ location to order a coffee, but the employee working the closing shift was rude and told me the drink I wanted wasn’t available. When I asked which drinks were available, they just told me to look at the menu. They seemed very unprofessional. Dunkin’, please get it together—this is why your service is disappointing.

When we requested that the volume be lowered, we were informed that the control is kept in the office and no one has access to it. It appears that the manager is seldom on-site at this location.
