My first time here,... read more The spicy garlic sauce was exactly what I wanted it to be: dark reddish-brown, slightly sweet/slightly sour and with a good amount of heat. My first time here, but I'll def be back. Thank you, Bin Hai. Very much appreciated.Just visited again two weeks later--and it was somehow even better! This is truly great Chinese-American food. Love this place! And business owners are so nice!

I placed an order at Bin Hai on 8/28/22 at 3:44 p.m., requesting it to be ready by 5:15. When I arrived at the scheduled time, my food was not prepared. There w... read more I placed an order at Bin Hai on 8/28/22 at 3:44 p.m., requesting it to be ready by 5:15. When I arrived at the scheduled time, my food was not prepared. There were eight people waiting, some for over an hour, during my visit. At 5:35, the young staff member at the front desk told me my order was ready but still needed to be packed. I waited until 5:50 before a woman came out and said my order had been ready for a long time but must have been taken by someone else. This was frustrating and unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill orders on time, please be honest about it. While I waited, I heard orders being confirmed by staff, yet DoorDash later told me my order was never processed in their system. Going forward, I will stick with Golden Star, as they have never disappointed me.
