1. The dishes at Noble House were authentic and not overly salty, unlike the other Chinese restaurants we had tried where the flavors were either too salty or completely altered from their original Chinese taste. Both we and our children enjoyed the dishes we ordered at Noble House.
2. The owner and the waitstaff at Noble House were extremely attentive to our needs. We informed them about our children's allergies to certain ingredients, and they made necessary adjustments to the dishes without any issues. One night, I accidentally ordered a soup with eggs in it without realizing, but the owner noticed and immediately had it replaced with a new soup without eggs.
Reasonably good but a failure. It was the third or the fourth time I dined at this restaurant with friends. The food was always reasonable good and price right. For some reasons, this restaurant has been deserted by customers. Only or even less...table being occupied at most of the time. Although all friends’ comments were positive but might be the location; this business of this restaurant never works out. The food price was within normal range and it charges for rice, tea which is norm for all Chinese Restaurant. However the restaurant also charges for wine if BYO as per head. It is acceptable for this charge if the business is good but the owner should rethink about its failure. Free BYO should be considered as it would openly invite customers who just need or want a simple dinner and with bottle of BYO. I hope the owner should read this comment.
We had a one week holiday at Perth in Sept, with two children. We hunted for Chinese food every day for our dinner, after we end our day exploring the beautiful city and its surroundings. We chanced upon different Chinese restaurants, one being recommended...by our hotel concierge. Noble House is by far the best Chinese restaurant that we tried there, and we went there for the remaining days of the week since we discovered them. Dishes were authentic and not too salty. At most of the other Chinese restaurant that we tried, the dishes were either very salty or altered in such a way its hardly Chinese. Both us and kids enjoyed the a few dishes that we ordered there. The owner and waiters were really attentive to our requests. We told them that our kids have allergy to egg and chicken, and they made adjustment to the dishes without any issue. On the night, I ordered a soup and forgot to ask whether there is egg inside. When the soup was served, I realized there was some eggs. The owner saw it too, and she immediately asked to remove the dish and made another one without the egg.

It is well known that many a good chinese restaurants have rather humble appearances.
