We have been ordering from Spice Cube for a few years now and initially, the delivery was very fast, catching me off guard. However, in the last couple of times I have ordered, it has taken over an hour and a half to arrive, regardless of the day of the week. It is unfortunate because I truly enjoy the food from Spice Cube. I will not be ordering my next takeaway from them as their delivery times are unpredictable. I suspect that JustEat customers receive their food faster due to a better network of drivers. Very disappointing.
Ordered via just eat and given time for delivery 35 mins on advertised. An hour an ah half later it still isn’t here, now 25 mins over their added time of estimated delivery. The order is next. It’s not really good enough. If you are busy (which is all he could say) then set the expectations online and I will order somewhere else. No resolution given just that it will be cooked next cooked .. next… so for the last hour and a half what has happened with the order. Appalling service
This is a best spice India food in Northampton, to be honest you have to try it and test many varieties of delicious food cooked as soon as oder arrive cheap and very fast delivery.
Been using these for years and never had a bad curry, always delivered on time, great value, always piping hot when it arrives, I do find it better to order earlier and give them a set time, always within 5 minutes either way.
10/10 I always order from these guys, normally I get it delivered and it is always on time and very tasty. Today I chose to collect as I wanted to get out the house, of course I couldn't find the place because I'm useless! Lovely guy on the phone directed me and brought my food out to me. Food was great, thankyou!
