Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were met with unwelcoming attitudes from the staff, including a host who loudly shouted prices and a security guard who was overly observant. Our seating arrangement was less than ideal, and we felt uncomfortable due to the security guard's behavior. When we tried to address our concerns with a manager, we were met with dismissive and unprofessional responses. Ultimately, our experience was marred by poor customer service and disrespect. This restaurant failed to meet our expectations for a relaxing dining experience, leaving us feeling dissatisfied and unwelcome.

We were extremely disappointed with the treatment we received from the security and manager at this restaurant. The security guard swore at us and the manager refused to have a proper conversation with us. The tone in which we were spoken to was unacceptable and deserves a rating of less than one star. This was the worst experience of disrespect and rudeness we have ever encountered at a restaurant. To make matters worse, when we tried to address the issue with the security guard, he invaded our personal space and attempted to intimidate us. The manager sided with the security guard and claimed she was not present to witness the incident. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
Throughout our time there, the security guard kept a watchful eye on us, which made us feel uncomfortable. At one point, he approached my sister and waved his pen at her, insisting she make room for a high chair so I could feed my daughter her jar of food. When we requested to speak to a manager, a random man claimed to be the manager briefly listened to our concerns before walking away. Feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the service, we decided to leave. Another man then approached us, claiming to be the manager, and we had to explain our grievances all over again. Unfortunately, this manager was anything but professional, rudely telling us to leave while waving his arms at us in front of other customers. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. It lacked professionalism and left us feeling unwelcome.
I came to this restaurant expecting to have a nice, relaxing time. However, as soon as we walked in, we did not feel welcomed. The host at the door loudly shouted the prices for children's meals at us. We were then seated in a dark corner. To make matters worse, the security staff rudely scolded us for taking up too much space. Despite being paying customers, we were not treated with respect. The service was terrible and the staff were extremely rude. I would not recommend this place for any special occasions as they will only ruin it. Overall, the customer service was awful and the staff were very disrespectful.
Excellent buffet with loads of variety and choice. All food fresh and delicious
