Incorrect orders, disrespectful delivery drivers, cold food, and unhelpful staff have marred what should have been satisfying meals. I ordered a steak and chicken shish kebab but was given doner and chicken instead after nearly 2 hours. I do not eat lamb and when I called the restaurant, they said they ran out of steak so gave me doner, but now they are denying this happened. I have chat transcripts from Foodhub, but they have not been helpful either. Both parties are refusing to refund me. This is a breach of my consumer and human rights - you should not give another meat without knowing if the paying customer even eats it! Do not use Grillers or Foodhub based on my chat with Foodhub. The restaurant has lied and denied the situation. I was told that the driver would come to pick up the meal and issue a refund, but it seems that they are now claiming I am inactive. The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible, with the most disrespectful man I have ever encountered. The food was freezing cold and covered in sour sauce, with a hair found buried inside. When I complained, I was told it was my fault for the food being cold and that the man was the only worker in the entire shop, despite having hair, and he refused to do anything to help me. I wasted £20 on this meal and it will be my first and last time ordering from this place.
This kebab shop in Northampton is the most basic and uninteresting one I have ever been to. The food was cold and tasted like something made in a Year 7 home economics class. The "chef's special" chicken Shiah kebabs were a disappointment. The staff, from the kitchen to the delivery team, seemed incompetent. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The chicken dippers were great but sadly the lamb was over cooked and had little flavour sorry and the wrong icecream was delivered. Also the portion size in comparison was on the small side especially the salad
Won’t let me not pick a star but 1 star is to generous, Absolutely disgusting food burgers were all dry hard to eat, chips were dark brown and dry, they missed the rest of the order which I’m thankful for as this was bad enough, and then when I called to tell them they hung up on me so won’t be going here again.
