I was being treated to the meal, so I didn't want to complain.

However, on on... read more This charming little establishment has been a favorite of mine for a while. I've enjoyed a cup of tea and lunch on previous visits without issue. However, on one occasion when my friend and I went for lunch, we found no staff available to serve us. We tried ringing the bell on the counter without success and ultimately had to go elsewhere. On another visit for tea, we encountered the same problem but were thankfully assisted by a customer who alerted the staff in the back. It seems that the staff may not be very attentive to customer needs.
