When I asked for a VAT receipt noting that refills were not served, it was refused. I insisted on this note being included before making payment, to which they replied that we should leave the restaurant without paying. As we were leaving, my pregnant wife was physically pushed out by a staff member who told us not to return to the restaurant. The whole experience was upsetting, especially for our young daughter who witnessed the incident. We strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant.

Without inquiring if we were finished, they abruptly placed the bill on our table. Our request for refills went unacknowledged, and after waiting for half an hour, we decided to settle the bill and leave. At the payment counter, our feedback was disregarded, and we were handed a feedback form instead. To our dismay, my pregnant wife was treated disrespectfully, and the entire staff seemed to turn against us. When asked for payment, I requested a VAT receipt noting the unfulfilled refills, but they refused. Insisting on this, they eventually told us to leave without making a payment. A woman from the restaurant then physically pushed my pregnant wife out, threatening us not to return. This unpleasant experience on a holiday weekend was distressing for us and our young daughter who witnessed it. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment.
