It was hot, looked as good as it tasted, good portion sizes and the price was reasonable. The loaded naan was superb. The staff were friendly and attentive. Cannot fault it one bit. I think this is our new Indian restaurant .

Conveniently positioned across the road from the hotel, the 2017 “Best Balti” winner sign was a definite plus. Really friendly staff in a very empty restaurant. However, I ordered my takeaway and hoped it was just a quiet night. Sadly, no. The Balti was mostly mush and tasting of very little but a mixture of spices not akin to any known recipe. However the Naan was delicious. Things have gone downhill, I fear, since 2017.

A small issue... read more Have been to the Balti Central a few times now and have never been let down. The food is freshly cooked and tasty! Staff are friendly and polite. A small issue with over charge on poppadoms and pickles was soon rectified and apologies issued! If you like a naan bread with your meal be warned they are huge!!!!! I thought I had been given a family one by mistake but no! The family ones are the size of the table. They even made me coconut rice which was not on the menu!!
