What Hayley K likes about Jingogae Korean:
Came on Sunday for dinner, between the 9 of us we ordered 2 seafood, meat and vegetable hotpots, 3x BBQ beef rice. br/ br/ The portions of the food were amazingly huge! They were so generous with the ingredients, the entire hot plate of the BBQ beef dish was beef (and 2 slices of carrot and some spring onion) . The hotpot was full of seafood and the soup tasted delicious. The ingredients of the hotpot also added ni... View all feedback. What Kory Rath doesn't like about Jingogae Korean:

read moreJingogae is a quiet, unassuming restaurant located off Ridge Street near North Sydney Oval, run by an elderly Korean couple. While some diners were disappointed by the ramen noodles and fried dumplings, others found the BBQ pork and Korean chicken curry to be delicious and extremely cheap. The warm and friendly service at Jingogae, along with the generous portions of traditional Korean food, make it a hidden gem worth revisiting for a homely dining experience. Even though the atmosphere may not be fancy, the heartfelt cooking from this dedicated couple is what keeps customers coming back for more.
