amazingly good value for money. we two sisters and I were in a room. very good, clean and comfortable. there were problems by the night with some guests that we reported about a call to security. the security nightporter was on top and sorted it. he reviewed and checked us to make sure we had no fear of being alone three women in the middle age. the next morning the owner / manager gave his apologies. Staff polite but food was not nice, undercooked scampi, small portions and frozen cheap chips. Expensive also as we paid nearly 30 pounds for fish and chips and scampi and chips plus lemonade and a shandy. Sat outside but was not very tidy or clean. Had to ask for sauces as they were not offered. Would not recommend and try to avoid, better choices elsewhere. View all feedback.
Fantastic food, service, and unbelievable value for money. I live in Weston and I have been a regular customer at the York, I can recommend the Sunday carvery.
Beautiful staff, which above and beyond for the nutritional requirements, beautiful rooms, we booked 2 standard double, but were 2 family rooms with view without additional cost. our evening meal was nice and the breakfast was just as good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we were in weston super mare.

Been coming here for years every time we visit Weston but until things change here will not be coming back. All internal alarms bells ringing when we entered this place and should have listened and walked out. It is in dire need of somw.serious cleaning and attention to detail. Old partial Tortilla wrap in the Window Seal Music way to loud for any family conversation and our baby was sleeping in his buggy. Old dried food stains on sugar pots and table number stands Coins still on table from previous guests Forks on the floor Out of date condiments After eating a bite of food I realised rhe condiment was out of date. Put me off any further food in the establishment and should have trusted my instincts. No good will was offered for the issue and it was ignored by staff. Very off putting.
