This restaurant is a disaster. It is filthy and disgusting. If the dining area is this bad, I can't even imagine what the kitchen must be like. Visiting Bristol airport and last choice was BK! Staff was rude and food was cold! Asked to change drinks told too much hassle! Asked for sauce told over there rudely! 6 staff and all useless! Wasn’t even too busy
The burgers at this restaurant are overpriced and lukewarm, having been reheated. The staff are disinterested and the surroundings are grubby. The Coke tasted like brown fizzy water. The ordering screen menu is confusing and did not print a receipt. Despite reporting the issues to two different staff members, no action was taken. This establishment is a disgrace to both the franchise and the airport.
Burger King Felton/Bristol Airport Awful 852641999 30 minute queue for plastic food. Grossly overpriced too. Worst food experience of my 62 year life. Astonishingly bad. Insulting, actually. Staff could not care less either
I was at this restaurant whilst awaiting a flight to Iceland on 10th March last, for quickness we used the self service ordering facility and paid for the meals that we ordered there was then an error which meant that the order was not transmitted despite me having already paid. I spoke to the lady who appeared to be in charge and showed her on my phone that I had been charged but she insisted that it would be cancelled and I would not be charged as she had not received the order at her terminal and I did not have a paper receipt. I was not happy with this but did not have time to argue as our flight was imminent so we ordered again. On returning to the UK I complained about this but was told that I would have to go back to the restaurant to claim a refund which obviouly is not an option as I live in Plymouth and the restaurant was air side in any event. I do not recommend using this fast food outlet at all they are a joke. The food was not that good either, I wish I could give them zero stars!
