I had a fantastic experience during my visit! The service was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect. What User doesn't like about Nando's Ipswich:
I visited last week with a friend and had to wait 20 minutes for my food. During that time, the kitchen staff seemed to be in complete chaos, which was really off-putting. When our food finally arrived, it was poorly prepared and completely unappetizing. I was very disappointed. Nando's, please do better! View all feedback.

Over an hour waiting for food, staff couldn't care less, all 5 members of staff standing around chatting. Will not be returning anytime soon. Sort this mess out. Absolute Joke!
Been a while since i had Nandos. Pretty good place. Everything went well. Took a bit of time to get the food but thats the new Normal isnt it?
They are getting it wrong. The Ribs chips have come out cold on more than one occasion. The night shifts hearts not into it!
Love love love Nando's. It was my partner's first time there and they made it extra special. All of the staff were amazing and lovely and it made for a really lovely evening.
