In the past, I had enjoyed dining at this restaurant and had always had great meals despite the price. However, this time, paying $130 for a bottle of wine, a beer, a basic pasta dish, and mussels was not worth it. As a non-meat eater, I was disappointed to find that there were no vegetarian main options available. The pasta dish I ordered had small pieces of pork that tasted like cubed bacon, something I could easily make at home in 10 minutes. My partner's mussel dish was rated 5/10. This was very different from our previous visits. Despite the good customer service, particularly from the Italian lady, we decided to skip dessert to avoid further disappointment. It was a shame to see the restaurant closing, but I hope something bigger and better takes its place with more vegetarian options.

My best wishes to the owners and staff for the future. The service, food, and atmosphere all receive top ratings from me. The price per person for a dinner is typically between A$40-60.

Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing and ridiculously expensive. I felt compelled to share this negative review publicly to reflect just how awful our experience was. The children's burger was served as a slider, but the patty was tiny and barely filled half of the bun, priced at $12. The kids' pizza was also very small and came out late, long after the other meals were served. The sharing platter my husband and I ordered for nearly $70 was just as bad – overcooked and dry chicken wings, bacon-wrapped sausages that were burnt and fell apart when bitten into. Overall, we were thoroughly disappointed and would advise others to avoid this restaurant.
