I’ve previously purchased donuts from this franchise and noticed inconsistent quality, which makes me question this practice. That was the second time I went after krispy kreme for hot fresh glazed donuts. both times when they gave me an apology that the machine was either not working or batch was already done. The most amazing staff member just served us. She was so attentive and charismatic; will be back again.
