Dropped in spontaneously for Saturday evening dinner. Got there just before the rush, by the time our apps arrived every table was full. If you are looking for fast paced, this might not be for you. Other reviewers have complained, but it's actually nice not be pushed out while you are still drinking your after dinner coffee. It's also not fine dining, but a great Hamilton institution. As mentioned in previous reviews, the service here is very slow, that is to say. extremely slow. No fault of the only waitress on the floor, pour woman is running around trying to serve all tables. I could have dealt with that, as we were not in a rush, but when the food finally did come it was gawd-awful.
