I was extremely impressed with the vegan pecan bar. It had the perfect level of sweetness—just right without being too sweet—and it was light, unlike the heaviness I often experience with traditional butter tarts. Whenever I’m around Mississauga, I make it a point to venture down to Hamilton just for SMALLS. Yes, it’s that good. With so many cafés opening, it’s easy to get lured in by aesthetics and branding but the owner of SMALLS goes far beyond that. Each cup is made with precision and care, and I’m happy to spend my dollars here. My dad is a tough coffee critic and he was impressed by the gram measurements used and the attention to detail. If you’re ever around Hamilton, it’s a must try! Just FYI, it’s a pick up only spot. I recommend grabbing your coffee and walking around the neighbourhood.
Great little shop for coffee and old fashioned donuts. I would often stop by on Sunday mornings. Very friendly.
Some of Hamilton’s best coffee AND one of the only local businesses that still prioritizes COVID safety. I’ve loved this place from day one.
