The Pita Pit - North End New Zealand

I never leave reviews on things, but this was really bad . When making my pita the guy grabbed the absolute smallest pinches of vegetables his hand could muster I’ve never seen a more deflated and tiny pita pit sandwich in my life, it was as if each piece of spinach I asked for was setting them back .50 per piece. He even squeezed the tiniest amount of sauce and put on the smallest amount of cheese I have ever seen. I’m a bit shy so I didn’t really have the courage to keep asking for more stuff, but with the amount he was grabbing I would’ve been asking for more carrot like 4 times. I want to come back if next time they grab normal helpings like every other pita pit in Dunedin. I paid 13.90 for something so small and unfulfilling a 7 cafe croissant would’ve filled me up more. Least it still tastes good.

Ordered their falafel salad and really enjoyed my meal. I customized it online and made it my own, and the salad came out really nice, the vegetables were fresh and crisp and the sauces a lovely combination without overpowering and drenching my meal. Decent portion size too! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$10–20
