read moreFlorence's is a charming spot for a quick lunch with a relaxing ambiance and good quality sausages and coffee. Suggestions for improvement include more substantial serviettes and a choice of white or wholemeal rolls. Despite minor drawbacks, it's a place worth returning to. However, inconsistencies like early closures, lack of bacon, and poor customer service have left some patrons disappointed. On the other hand, frequent visitors appreciate the fresh food, friendly staff, and overall pleasant atmosphere. The afternoon tea is a hit, but cleanliness issues such as dirty tables and grimy restrooms call for improvement to truly match the appeal of their delicious offerings.
