The smoked goat cough and it really enjoyed, much flesh in it. friendly guy who leads the place would be worth a try if they wish a break from the normal pizza and kebab monotony.
Oumar the owner is probably as big a draw as the food. We sat and watched through the door our food being freshly made, and OMG it was amazing. We were given a warm welcome by the loveliest couple. And after we had finished our food given a tour of the kitchen and lavished with tales of the owners life.. What a breath of fresh air..will be back soon
The goat curry was lush. The chicken yassa was burnt charcoal. The beefsteak had burnt onions in. The dumplings where very nice.
This place is exceptional in every way. The owner was so friendly, funny and genuinely caring. We struggled to get home afterwards and he rang a taxi to get us home early, so thoughtful. The food was outstanding, the jerk chicken was so flavoursome and perfect in everyway. I couldn't recommend this place enough, it is incredible. I am definitely coming back.
What a place. So glad I stumbled upon it. The curried goat and jerk chicken was amazing and the owner is a great host, bringing out samples of food to try and entertaining us with stories. Only wish I had found it earlier during my stay so I had time to return.
