Barbara went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free and vegan dietary needs, and the food she provided was some of the best gluten-free vegan cuisine I've ever tasted. Andy was a delightful conversationalist at the bar and made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, with blackout curtains that ensured a restful night's sleep. They even provided a treat for Bodhi and made sure we were well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

My wife and I were publicans for many years and NEVER EVER turned custom away. How times have changed. Not long ago the hospitality industry were crying out to be helped by the government. Perhaps they have had too much help if they can afford to turn a disabled couple in their 70s away. Yes, we are disabled and struggled in despite there being no disabled access. Sorry Mr Landlord we WILL NOT BE BACK
