I found bugs in the restroom and a hair in my food during my visit to this restaurant. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received, including being spat on. I experienced other negative incidents as well. I will not be returning to this establishment and do not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble!
Not the first time I’ve had issues with shortages here ! Ordered and paid for a 3 piece Colonel meal ended up with a 2 piece meal my wife wasn’t impressed ! Imagine every other drive through customer missing part of their order they must be coining it in! I won’t be back !
The female employee working at the drive-thru was extremely rude and unhelpful. I couldn't understand her when placing my order, and she was shouting. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
We stopped by this restaurant on our way home from a hospital visit, but I regretted it. The staff was slow, unhelpful, and one woman was extremely rude. Despite the lack of customers, they still managed to mess up our order. When I tried to ask for drinks, I was ignored until I asked three times for assistance. The floor was dirty and we had to maneuver around a large pile of trash to get to the restroom. As we were leaving, the same employee was giving us a disapproving look and shaking her head.
Shocking... Filthy floor covered in food debris. Tables dirty and no evidence of Shop floor management whatsoever. Order stations not working but cash only at the till when ordering. Food was cold and practically inedible. Obnoxious staff member behind the counter more interested in chit chat with Just Eat courier. Very cold eating area with inexplicable draughts from somewhere. And still only 1 toilet available to use but only if you're desperate! Like the eating area, the toilet had blatantly not been cleaned all day. I would cross over to the petrol station and use their facilities. Car park strewn with rubbish. KFC this franchisee is not doing your brand any favours.. .
