Placed our lunch order with the bar... read more Dropped in for a quick lunch on a warm and sunny Sunday afternoon and we were pleased to get a table outside on the terrace. Placed our lunch order with the barman from a limited, but adequate lunch menu. My son chose a burger and my wife and I chose toasted sandwiches, which were served with chips and salad. The food was good, however I thought the chips were brilliant. We only saw one staff member who was friendly and helpful. Overall, an enjoyable meal. PS it was a very dog friendly pub

When we arrived, we discovered that the restaurant was closed and they were not answering their phone. It would have been helpful if they had placed a notice on the door. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
