After waiting 11 months to give this place another shot, I was disappointed to find that it was just as bad as before. I waited 23 minutes for my order and had to settle for a combination of original and extra crispy in my 6-piece bucket. It appeared that only two people were working, and they struggled to keep up with the demand. I've now downgraded my rating to 1 star, as my experience has worsened since my last visit. They are now only open in the evenings, and while I've had good experiences in the past, the last two visits have not been great. I really hope they don't let the quality slide further. I might give it one more chance, but if I'm disappointed again, I’ll likely look for other options. It’s a shame because I really enjoy the KFC brand when it's executed well. Here’s hoping for an improvement.
The extra chicken was terrible! It was overcooked and rubbery to the point that I had to throw it away. The mac and cheese was burnt as well. Yuck! I definitely won't be returning to this place.
Gets a door bag delivery. Eating was already prepared and waited when I arrived. Did not have to wait in line or need additional support from employees. Smooth transaction.
Had dinner for two buckets one night and then made a completely different dinner the next a creative breakfast. So I learned to cook for 1!
