What User doesn't like about Subway:
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. An aggressive man behind the counter told me I couldn't enter without a mask before I even had a chance to ask if they had any available. I had a mask in my car that I just forgot, but I ultimately decided not to place an order with someone so unpleasant. I won’t be returning. The location in Coos Bay had much friendlier staff. Great food, amazing staff. However, online it says closes 9pm, and the staff always lock up an hour early and refuse to acknowledge you if you show up before official closing time.
The Owen kid needs to get it together. Neve have I never been told I can’t have extra veggies and he told me no. And when I spoke to to sweet manager she agreed with me. He needs to figure it out.
Our sandwiches were made to perfection. Directions were followed and we were so pleased. The bread was toasted perfectly and satisfactory toppings and extras.
Walked in and there wasnt any customers and the male associate was qorking on 3 sandwiches which looked like an online order, the female went to the back. Not once was I acknowledged and I finally said when you ready to help me let me know and he responded ok. Then a female customer walked in and he said hello to her and still worked on his 3 sandwiches. The female associate came out and assisted me, she was pleasant! How ever never an apology for the wait! I understand online orders are important however not acknowledging a customer who walks into your restaurant is unacceptable!
