My drink was prepared as small when I ordered medium. They poured it into a larger cup and added more milk. It was bland and had about one and a half inch foam on top. Very disappointed. I am requesting a free drink to make up for it.
Typical drive-thru Dutch Bros. Decent coffee, decent service, decent wait time, decent happy brain chemicals as a result.
Love Dutch! I wasn't sure what to order today, and the Broista gave a wonderful suggestion. The Dirty Chai is delicious and just the kick I needed. Everyone in the car was happy with their drinks and quick service.

If the manager isn't on duty you WILL be waiting 20-45 minutes for a coffee. Place is great when she's working. When she isn't they take at least ten minutes per car. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Not a one time thing this happens a lot. Worked in customer service for 8 years, if It took me ten minutes to make two drinks you wouldn't make it to the end of your first day.
