OK. There are a lot better ice cream places out there now adays. Like Salt and Straw! They have excellent ice cream and use only while ingredients not additives. I even a tub of good ice cream from the grocery is better than this place. I eat at a lot of ice cream places and would skip this one. View all feedback.

Scoops has the best home made ice-cream in the Coos bay area hands down. The people working there are always friendly and the vibe is immaculate. Would highly recommend.
Hands down best ice cream I've ever had.. I'm from Sacramento i tried when I came up to play golf, i kno good ice cream since I'm from the city...Customer service was 100% and the product was superb...highly recommend
Absolutely delicious! The owner was out serving ice cream and he told us all about what makes his ice cream special. And it is definitely special. The fruity pebbles was delicious and the waffle bowls…are things dreams are made of. A definite place to spot.
The ice cream here is so creamy and delicious. You can tell the owner really loves what he does and talking about the ice cream flavors he creates. We didn't even ask for samplers and he just started giving us them and suggesting flavor combinations that make the different notes come out. I ended up getting an Orange Julius shake that took me back to getting an actual Orange Julius from the mall. Will for sure be coming back when I'm back in town.
