If you want authentic Italian food that’s either premade or items that are from Italy definitely stop by . Their prices are reasonable and they are very clean it’s definitely my one stop shop for buying Italian bread… View all feedback.
They have the best homemade ravioli this side of Brooklyn. Great quality cold cuts and delicious homemade Italian dishesWorth the trip from anywhere!
Pastoral has ALWAYS been the Best! I have been going there for over 40 years. And I have done many parties with their products. Mangiare duro!
Fair priced real Italian. Neighborhood, friendly, place. Breads and other baked goods from Brooklyn. Fresh made meatballs, rice balls, and more. As good as Gemelli's at better prices.
Love Pastosa. The ravioli, stuffed shells, and manicotti are delicious. The cutlets and sausages are great as well as are most prepared foods. I also love that they sell Boars Head cold cuts and at a better price than the deli or supermarkets. My only gripe about Pastosa is that the red sauce and prepared meatballs are aweful. Not even edible. So Pastosa is my top pick for Italian specialties but I will be making my own meatballs and sauce to go with the raviolis. How they mess up these two crucial items is beyond me. Still 5 stars for the rest of the store. Friendly folks in there as well. Seems like a nice family runs this store.
