Cookie Store More
Description
Nestled in a discreet corner of a professional building, this small restaurant evokes mixed sentiments among patrons. While some cherish it as a nostalgic haven for Maurice Lenell-style cookies, others express disappointment in its limited offerings and outdated information. The absence of beloved pinwheel cookies, along with concerns about taste quality, detracts from the overall experience. Yet, many visitors appreciate the effort to keep a cherished local favorite alive, reminiscing about childhood memories tied to these cookies. Despite the shortcomings, the dedication to customer care remains a highlight, making it a spot worth considering for those seeking comfort in tradition.

I had a fantastic experience with this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and dedicated to their craft. The cookies are absolutely outstanding, and I truly appreciate that the owner is committed to preserving this tradition for everyone. I've been a loyal customer of the Cookie Store for years, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. I highly recommend giving it a try; you definitely won't be disappointed. My only complaint is that I can never get enough of these delicious cookies. Thank you!
I received my box of nostalgic cookies today! I ordered on Friday and they arrived on Tuesday via UPS in Iowa. This is my second year ordering these cookies, and they always remind me of my childhood when my grandma would have a selection of Maurice Lenell cookies. They really make the Christmas season even more special. Thank you!
These are the best cookies ever!!! The owners are welcoming and extremely helpful.
This small restaurant is located in the back corner of a professional building, resembling a big closet with a few small tables and shelves of products. Unfortunately, there is not much to choose from and none of the items are made by Maurice Lenell. The sign behind the counter features a boy with a cookie jar, but the experience was overall disappointing and sad. They did not have pinwheel cookies or any other enticing options. It's not worth the trip and we recommend saving both your money and time. Additionally, the cookies tasted horrible. A visit to this place is a waste of time.
