The owner did the cooking and we eve... read more My husband and I enjoyed a delicious and authentic middle eastern meal this past weekend. The food was fresh and flavorful. The owner did the cooking and we even learned a few words of Arabic with his help! Shkran! The location is tricky to find as the restaurant is tucked away in the corner of a strip mall on Cumberland Avenue. We live in the northern suburbs, but were in the Norridge area on business. We might even travel to Bab al Salam for no reason at all! There is plenty of casual seating and many people stopped in for take out. Enjoy!

Great flavor, juicy and always perfectly cooked. Great beef kebabs and chicken kebabs. And great bang for the buck compared to others.

The cooked perfect, the rice excellent, Hummus the best one, the salad was incredible !!! The best part is that they are really clean Definitely they are a really good restaurant.
