My experience at caffè pronto in Chicago O'Hare airport was a pleasant start to my day. This café has a European vibe, with soccer playing on the TV instead of American football. The cappuccino was perfectly made and they had fresh croissants available. Instead of braving the cold outside, we enjoyed our coffee indoors in the cozy atmosphere that the staff recommended.
I stumbled upon this lovely Italian cafe for a coffee and sandwich. The service was outstanding! They took great care of us. The food was delicious! Overall, if I could, I would give this place 10 stars! I highly recommend it.
I really wish I could give this coffee shop more than 2 stars, and honestly, I'm being generous. I had the worst latte I’ve ever tasted; the espresso was quite bad, and I ended up pouring it out. My husband described his coffee as weak. While the shop itself was charming and offered a variety of Italian merchandise for sale, it severely lacked in coffee expertise. Overall rating for food: 1.
