Nestled on the OU campus, this restaurant captivates with its stunning atmosphere and unique decor, though it suffers from inconsistent service and order accuracy. While some patrons praise its delicious deep-dish pizza and friendly staff, others recount long wait times and miscommunications leading to incorrect orders. Atmosphere is incredible, one of the best looking restaurants on the OU campus. Pizza tasted quite good, toppings weren't properly placed, however (Blob of minced garlic in the middle of the pizza). Additionally, the line to order took five minutes, and we waited another 20 minutes for our pizzas. Received one of the two, but the other was given to someone else, and we had to wait even longer while they re-made it. That pizza was underdone. Solution? Have more staff, with a more efficient process. Kitchen was working at a pace similar to a toddler walking, as they had to manage many things at once, with eight pizzas to work on, one at a time.
Most of the 5* reviews are faked, my old roommate used to work here and told me when he quit. Pizza is overpriced at $15 where any competitor would be $5, ingredients are lacking, and they don?t call numbers in order- I suspect to make sure that you neverknow how long your pizza will take, as I have *never* witnessed an order take less than 45 minutes.
Fine food, it can come out quickly, but it can also take 30 minutes so beware if you?re in a rush

Sticky notes told the whole story. Didn?t hide the fact that they were out of most menu items. The passive aggression was endearing somehow. They closed right after I ordered but somehow my order got front loaded and I got my food ahead of a ton ofdisgruntled customers. Great experience.
