I always order food for pick up on the app. I sent my boyfriend to grab it for me and when he got home I started checking... read more I’m a loyal customer at Tony’s Tacos. I always order food for pick up on the app. I sent my boyfriend to grab it for me and when he got home I started checking to see what was what and realized the food wasn’t mine. I got an order meant for someone with my same first name, so I do understand how they could’ve mistook it. I called to ask can I pick up my correct order I live about 10 minutes away) the person transferred me to the manager. He didn’t say sorry he just asked for him to bring the food back. During a pandemic I was confused why he would want it back after I had brought it home and touched it. When my boyfriend made his second trip to the restaurant he asked for my correct order. The manager came up, his first words were “did you bring the food” my boyfriend was confused and asked for clarification, the manager said “do you have the rest of the food from the order you started eating.” He told the manager he didn’t for seemingly obvious reasons. Then the manager looked dumbfounded he didn’t give him the old food back as if this wasn’t their mistake in the first place. then he was all huffy puffy when he had to hand over the correct order to my man without getting the old order we touched back. My boyfriend asked why why they would even want that food back, not to mention there’s covid. he just scoffed “it’s fine take it” or something under his breath . If he treats his customers like this, I can’t imagine how he treats his workers. We will not be coming back.

Tony?s Tacos is full of amazing snacks such as tacos, burritos, burgers, fries, beverages, desserts, and other sandwiches. They made all of their food to perfection! Everything has great portions,well-prepared, and the quality says it all. The tacos are really tasty and unique. The burgers are also great, meaty, and fresh.Their beverages here are also refreshing and awesome. You can really find all the things you want here and satisfy yourcravings. Worth trying! Definitely the best spot I have ever been to. The location of this place is very accessible and they arealso near to other well-known places around this area. You can easily visit them. Perfect place to bring your friends andfamily. They will be going to enjoy this spot for sure. This place never disappoints. Tony?s Tacos is phenomenal! All of thefolks here are personable and helpful, they are always willing to assist their customers, and even help them to find a vacantseat. This place has plenty of tables and chairs. They also have outdoor seating. You can freely choose and occupy the table youwant. Very enjoyable and relaxing place. The interior has a great vibe and atmosphere. Very organized and hassle-free lines atthe counter. Tony?s Tacos deserve 5 stars! If I could only give them 10 stars then I would really do it. The portions are tasty and generous, be prepared to bring a doggy bag home. They have various flavors of Agua Fresca, Tamarindo ismy choice.
