I enjoyed the meal, but it's important to ensure that they receive everything they've ordered before they leave.
The food was fantastic! However, ordering from a kiosk isn’t the warm, homestyle experience I was hoping for. I never had a chance to speak with a waitress or enjoy the friendly interaction I’ve come to expect when dining out. The kiosk setup is pretty frustrating; it would be great if someone could come in and show everyone how to use it! Unfortunately, this means we won’t be dining at Steak 'n Shake anymore.
Steak n shake is in the really good, but this seems never open to dine in despite what it says online. I tried two months apart at 4-5 a.m. and they were both locked. the other 1 star reviews also do not inspire much trust.
Sometimes they forget part of your order. They're also missing a lot of the menu items they used to have, which isn't their fault if it's a company or supply thing. Just not really any options for those who don't want red meat anymore.
Stopped in for happy hour drinks and got shakes. Cotton candy and Strawberry for the kiddos and we got snickers and Nutella. Also got large coke and some of their tasty French fries mmmmmmm. Great service with a smile. Great location next to quik n ez.
