Steak and Shake is probably my favorite fast food restaurant, and this is definitely one of the best locations solid, affordable menu, when the dining room is open it's usually a pretty decent dine in experience as well. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
I first went through the drive-thru, and the women at the speaker said, "Welcome to McDonald's." I ordered some chili but didn’t receive it. My fries were just tossed into the bag, and my burger was poorly assembled. View all feedback.
Steak n shake is in the really good, but this seems never open to dine in despite what it says online. I tried two months apart at 4-5 a.m. and they were both locked. the other 1 star reviews also do not inspire much trust.
They are racist the place is filthy. Steak n shake is normally good but the Bloomington steak n shake is gross depressing. The quality of staff is the lowest I've ever seen anywhere even compared to McDonald's. I don't eat McDonald's but I would before eating at this joke of a restaurant with a racist manager. Good luck if you eat here, I most certainly never would....
My favorite meal is chili with French fries and a large Coke. It's a treat!
Sometimes they forget part of your order. They're also missing a lot of the menu items they used to have, which isn't their fault if it's a company or supply thing. Just not really any options for those who don't want red meat anymore.
