Ordered online and went in. There was a long line of cars outside and the same line of customers inside. But because the order was put through from the app, I didn't have to wait at all. Just walked up and grabbed the cup.

Tationa is the best Starbucks employee I have ever had. She made my drink faster than any other barista, and made no mistakes. I was there for about an hour and every time I looked up she was working hard. Also, her customer service skills made me feel likeI was welcome here and catered to.

I don't want to be a Karen but we have only been here twice and both times they literally forgot to add the coffee to the drinks. We got an iced caramel macchiato and an iced coffee and they literally only had milk ???? what is going on here bruh

Instead of forcing employees to pretend they gaf about making anyone a damn coffee for min wage. Why doesn?t Starbucks just start a policy where employees can throw random drinks directly in customers faces when they roll to the pick up window. I wouldprobably finally get my coffee spending under control. And your employees could live their best lives
