I was there for about an hour and every time I looked up she was working hard. Also, her customer service skills made me feel likeI was welcome here and catered to.

Why doesn?t Starbucks just start a policy where employees can throw random drinks directly in customers faces when they roll to the pick up window. I wouldprobably finally get my coffee spending under control. And your employees could live their best lives
