I placed my order online and went in. There was a long line of cars outside and a similar line of customers inside. However, since the order was processed through the app, I didn't have to wait at all. I simply walked in and picked up my cup. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I don't want to be overly critical, but we've been here twice, and both times they forgot to include the coffee in our drinks. We ordered an iced caramel macchiato and an iced coffee, but they only served us milk. What is going on? View all feedback.

I was happy to see this starbucks was right off the highway, for the perfect stop to stretch legs and get something delicious to eat and drink. I ordered a head on the app and was able to run in and get my order. I was glad I didn't place it as pickup in drivethru lane, because that was quite long. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and greeted me when I stopped in. My drink was made exactly as ordered. I thought the cart with all the extras loaded near the pickup section was really smart and I wish other stores would do the same, it saved time to bother a barista to ask for a bag and etc.

Our favorite coffee stop everytime we drive to Missouri. Bathroom and shop are always clean. We are always greeted by a friendly staff. We typically order on the app and walk in to pick up.
Went to order my usual. Grande vanilla latte iced with oat milk and salted caramel sweet cream foam. When she called my name and handed me my drink it barely had any ice in it it was warm to the touch. I asked if they could make it with more ice. She then poured my drink sweet cream foam it all into a Venti cup and added a scoop of ice. Didn’t even add sweet cream foam back on top. There’s a reason why I order the foam on top, that’s the way that I like it. It seemed like Bc they were in a rush, I was completely disregarded and received poor customer service.
