What Ilene Dare dislikes about Panda Express:
The staff is friendly, but every time we order here, there is always something missing on the menu, they are also short staffed. Today, they were missing chicken teriyaki, orange chicken and we had to wait for chow mein. To my surprise, I ordered cream cheese Rangoon and when I got home I realized they didn’t add it in the bag, just in my bill.The lady at the register is super nice though. View all feedback.

It can be challenging to navigate restaurants and place orders when you have hearing difficulties. However, the staff at this particular location made the experience so much easier for me by taking the time to communicate with my fiancé and interpret for me. In my experience, many restaurants don't invest the time to engage with me directly and often rely on whoever I'm with—or even a complete stranger nearby—to assist. This specific Panda location stood out for its excellent service, and I truly appreciated being treated just like any other customer.
The chicken and shrimp were delicious, but the fried rice and noodles did not meet the expected quality.
My daughter and I ordered the orange chicken, a two-piece and a three-piece plate. Overall, we enjoyed the good taste and the pleasant atmosphere.
The chefs work here now 05/27/2022 is excellent. I've been to many pandas, but the chefs aren't missing at the moment. Very recommended.

It can be challenging to communicate and order food in noisy restaurants, but the staff here made it effortless by taking the time to understand my needs. Unlike other places where they might just show the menu or rely on someone I'm with to communicate, the staff at this Panda Express was exceptional in ensuring I was treated like any other customer. I truly appreciated their patience and attention to making my dining experience comfortable.
I ordered through the app and had to wait 40 minutes past the expected time to receive my food. Additionally, they forgot one of my dishes. I had to call twice before they answered and returned the missing food. Unfortunately, long delays in receiving the food seem to happen every time. The food was good, but the wait was not worth it.
I went at 5pm, and it was decently busy! I decided to wait in the line, not expecting to take so long! I waited about 10 or so minutes to order my food. Once I ordered my food they sent it down the line and the food was in the box ready to go. After this point I had to wait for over 40 minutes just to pay for my food and leave. They had a lot of online orders, which I understand gets stressful, but the efficiency of which that got stuff done was just too slow. My food sitting there for so long in the box made it not nearly as good as I know it can be. Overall I would not recommend going here at busy times, unless you have over an hour to wait, and like barley warm food. I feel like what can help them is a new system at which they take online orders and make them rather than try and do it while you help customers at the store.
I came here the other day and asked if I could get 1 of each sauce with my order. The dude checking out my meal said, yea, for sure . He walked away for a sec came back with my bag and when I got home to eat it there were no sauces in there lmao. I find this to be common in the Bloomington area, I guess it has something to do with incompetent/careless college students running more the half the jobs around here. Idk, quite annoying but the food was still ok I guess.
Always out of stuff. Employees keep the stuff out and not make it. Even when you visit at 8 pm they will be out of almost everything and they close early too as per their flexibility.Update 4/22/22:Visited again and once again they were out of noodles and rice at 8.30pm when they close at 9.30. employees said kitchen closes at 8.Why are you keeping store open when restaurant is out of food?Employees were fooling around but won't cook any food.I will complaint to headquarters that this location sucks. Management doenso seem to care.
