I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thro... read more My rating was earlier higher. because of their lack of sufficient labour force, it takes a lot of time to obtain food. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through the line. that seems to wait more the normal time. it will be frustrating if they are somewhere else. the actors are in the kind.

The waiting time is annoying, I sat here and had to wait for a doorstep for 50 minutes, got a breach on the door bag of it. they called the load and the manager... read more The waiting time is annoying, I sat here and had to wait for a doorstep for 50 minutes, got a breach on the door bag of it. they called the load and the manager still said that they wouldn't do it for another 40 minutes. also terrible customer service. they stare at you instead of welcoming you in the invite and asking how they can help you.

I also had a blueberry muffin and that... read more Had a breakfast sandwich and I've never eaten breakfast at Panera before. It was made fresh and it really was delicious. I also had a blueberry muffin and that too was fresh and tasted great. It was warm and was so soft. My wife had a sandwich like mine minus the sausage. She had a bagel instead a muffin. All in all delicious food. Had to wait a bit, but it was fresh and well made.

Also more expensive than I remember. Only real negatives were 1)that on the order kiosk, it said that the soda was sold out, and wouldn't let you choose it, even though the soda machine just had one of the flavors out of service. 2)the floor around the drinks area was really sticky, but looked dry, so it wasn't a recent thing.

When I finally got into the window and gave the cashier my gift card, she swore it 2 or 3 times and tried to tell me it didn't work. We went a minute before I asked a manager. The manager came trying and then very apologetic explained that I had to call customer service. The sandwich Chai Tee Latte was very good, although they were made of whole milk.
