Jimmy John's is the worst in town! I should have written this review a long time ago, but today I've had enough. I had a free sandwich reward and bought a drink and chips. I received my sandwich an hour later, without the drink or chips that I had paid for. Two weeks ago, I ordered from this place and never received my food. I tried calling ten times but nobody answered. They claimed they were closed, even though I ordered at 9:20pm and they closed around 10pm, and I am only 5 minutes away. The next morning, they only offered to send the order again, which was of no help. It took a week for me to receive a refund. Terrible service, that's the end of the story.
