I had a great experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and we especially enjoyed the cookies. They even offered to pack the vegan cookies in a separate box and gave me a discount because they had run out of chocolate chips but forgot to adjust the price. Thank you for the great service! I visited Insomnia Cookies on 7/6/2022 in Normal, IL and I was disappointed by the poor customer service provided by the employee working that day. She showed no sign of recognition when we entered and seemed annoyed by our presence. When I asked for a 4x4, she did not provide any explanation or assistance on how to order.
