Reviews - Five Guys
Reviews summary
This fast-casual burger spot serves generous, made-to-order American classics with notably excellent fries and consistently fresh ingredients, though burgers and service can be hit-or-miss. Expect long lines at peak times, sloppy mistakes when staff are rushed, and prices that skew high for the style. The restaurant is clean, conveniently located, and welcoming to groups and travelers, but brings peanuts into the experience and may not suit those seeking guaranteed speedy or flawless service.

The food was very good! It was made fresh when ordered. The lady that took our order was friendly. It is a little on the pricy end. The cheeseburger and fries were tasty. They give you a lot fries so you can definitely split an order of them which saves alittle money. We sit outside since it was a nice day. This was my first time trying a Five Guys. It is kind of fun that you canget peanuts to snack on while you wait for your food to come out.
Expected fast service and delicious food. Wasn't too crowded when we came in. Restaurant was really clean and the restroom as well which was really appreciated. Staff was kind and worked fast. Great location overall.
I had heard a variety of critiques from people regarding Five Guys so I wanted to try it out for myself. I love a good cheeseburger so that's where I went for lunch today. I got the cheeseburger, a medium sized fry (which would be a small at anyother fast food restaurant) and a medium drink. The young man behind the counter must have seen the look on my face when he toldme the price was $22- for a cheeseburger meal. Ok, I can accept that provided the meal is exceptional but, it wasnt. Thecheeseburger was a sloppy mess, almost impossible to eat. There was nothing special about the meat patty. The fries werelukewarm and not crisp at all. Very disappointing. The flavor and price of a whopper meal at Burger King is much moresatisfying. Five Guys should be ashamed of the cost of their inadequate product. I highly advise going elsewhere .
Ordered two burgers and two regular fries and our total came to $42. Insanely expensive, but we figured the food quality would reflect the price so it wasn?t a big deal. After waiting almost 20 min for our food, we finally got to go home. Both burgerswere completely missing some toppings and both had other random toppings added. Our receipt reflects our correct order, so notsure where the confusion occurred when making it. Tried to call but the phone number provided on their website goes straight tovoicemail and says the line is busy. Super disappointed to have spent so much money on food that wasn?t even close to beingcorrect.
Decent food, good service, I just can't say that it was the best burger I've ever had for the price if you like their style of burger? Congratulations, this is your spot, but for me? I expect a little bit more bang for a $13 Burger. Not bad though andif you're into fries? Their large fry comes with enough potatoes to choke a horse. They are pretty upfront about literallyeverything in the store containing or coming into contact with peanuts though, so if you have a peanut allergy? You don't wantto go here.

Five Guys always has the best burgers and the staff here at this location are so polite and helpful.
8 to 9 employees. Took more than 15 min for food to be ready. Fries were so greasy could not eat. amore expensive than a good place to eat a burger. Will not go back.
Surly employees that treat customers like a burden. First time I’ve ever been to a Five Guys and they didn’t ask if I want anything on it and I was distracted so I got a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it. Worst Five Guys experience ever. I would give zero stars if that were possible.
Not an authentic Five guys. I ordered cheese burger and veggie sandwich. Both of them tasted really bad.
The meal was quite pricey for what was offered. I ordered a hamburger wrapped in lettuce, fries, and a milkshake, and it came to $22.00 for just one person. There was definitely a lot of food—it could have easily been shared. However, the menu could do a better job of clarifying portion sizes. On the bright side, the food itself was really good.

I've been to this location several times and to Five Guys at several other locations. The food is always consistent location to location. In my recent visit, they were slow but completely slammed. There was not a single table open, and several people were standing and waiting. I'm NOT complaining about the speed at all. I know they cook everything to order. What was life changing, though, were the fries. I don't know what the difference was, but the fries were super crispy and phenomenal. I have always had floppy, soggy fries from other locations. Even if I got fries like these once out of every 10 visits, I wouldn't be sad.
The only positive aspect of Five Guys is that they've mastered the Diet Coke—it actually tastes good, unlike some others. Unfortunately, the food is a mess, overpriced, and the fries are overcooked. I almost lost my cool as my meal spilled all over me. This place feels more suited for a five-year-old.
The food is consistently excellent, but they really need to hire more staff. This would help prevent small rushes from leading to significant backlogs of orders.
The restaurant isn’t bad at all. However, they are quite understaffed, which makes it challenging to get food served promptly. Additionally, the manager is rarely present.
