I felt like I was being rushed even though it was not a busy time and some of the employees were not very friendly. The floors were disgusting and none of the tables were cleaned, and I had to wipe one off myself so I could actually sit down. Also the chips were all crushed and barely able to be used for dipping.

I always order a veggie burrito and without those items I?m basically getting a tortilla. Incredibly disappointed? repeatedly. I understand supply chain issues and back ordering, but I?m of the sneaking suspicion that at the end of the night the staff doesn?t want to make anything after 9pm. In which case, just change your hours.

Pickup order was missing multiple items. Unsanitary where they make the pick up orders. The burrito was poorly made. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Do not go here unless you want sweat and boogers in your food.

Their website o... read more I must admit, this restaurant is incredibly disappointing. They frequently mix up my orders and accidentally include dairy products like cheese. Their website ordering system is also consistently problematic. I even found whole laurel leaves in my food that were not properly mixed in, and I ended up getting sick from eating their food. There are plenty of other places in the city that are better options - I would suggest avoiding this one.

They consistently mix up my orders and often put dairy products, like cheese, on them by mistake. The website ordering system also gives me constant issues. On top of that, I have also found uneaten laurel leaves in my food and even got sick from eating it. I highly recommend avoiding this location and trying out some of the other Chipotle restaurants in the city instead.

Their online ordering system was down in store, which was no problem my food was “promised” for 12:10, but at 12:20 the manager finally tells us all to get and wait in line, where we had to wait another 20 minutes to get through the line.

I've come here 4 times. 3 out of 4 times they are out of some of their basic ingredients. The only reason for a 2 star instead of one is the staff is friendly and it's relatively clean. Management FAIL! Also ask for double portions on everything but meat, it'll make a normal portion that way.
