I was filming the incident and a employ... read more I walk in and it was 2 white guys and 1 white woman who came to fight a black employee about him disrespecting his wife. I was filming the incident and a employee told me I can't film. This was horrible and at risk to all the employees and customers who was at the store eating or working.Sad.8-1-2022Cashier in burger King was talking crazy to a black woman after she placed her order. The woman in the drive up was bring disrespecting the customer after placing a order. Customer ask the cashier to repeat the order. The cashier continued to take orders after asked to repeat order. The manager was rude saying she was the manager but don't work their. The cashier told her the lady place the wrong order which was not truth customer asked for a bacon king 2 whoppers and order if fries. The drive up cashier has a problem with many who come to buy a burger or order in burger King. The white lady was rude which again almost a fight. Cashier even gave the customer the wrong change after the customer ask for her money back after manager said she must wait because she change the order. Which the customer didn't give the wrong ordered.

And call The corpora... read more I had the worst experience at Burger King in normal Illinois at Main and Rabb Road Drive thew On 7/11/2022. Cherly reported her to manger . And call The corporate office to report her. And I can't believe I have not heard anything back from him. I filed a Complaint. Her attitude was uncalled for. She purposely did not secure the lid on the cup of coffee which cost at spill all over me. Then when I complained she slammed the drive-through window on me. I had to knock on the window and ask her to please return my charge card. All this was uncalled for and it was done purposely. Her manager told me that they had several reports about her attitude. For me to call the corporate office report her. That they were shot of help. That they couldn't fire her for her actions.

Her attitude was quite unpleasant; she even rolled he... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today, mainly due to the behavior of the cashier. Her attitude was quite unpleasant; she even rolled her eyes and shouted from across the store. She appeared disheveled and radiated a sense of negativity, making it feel as though she was intentionally trying to ruin the customers' experience. I couldn't shake the feeling that the food might be stale, and it was evident that she was unhappy in her job. It's essential for businesses to create a positive atmosphere, and I think it would be wise to reconsider having someone like her in a customer service role. I left without making a purchase and intend to voice my concerns with your franchise or corporate office.

Unfortunately, the Double Whopper had no cheese, the Wh... read more I ordered a Double Whopper with cheese, a Whopper JR without onions, and a small fries from Burger King. Unfortunately, the Double Whopper had no cheese, the Whopper JR came with onions, and the fries were overloaded with salt. Both burgers were dry, and the buns tasted stale. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the drive-thru with our window down, there was a strong smell of marijuana as soon as they opened their window. After this experience, I won’t be returning to Burger King or trying anything from their menu again.
