This is the most consistent Panera i’ve ever been to. Over the course of the last 5 years I have consistently not received what I ordered. Every order has been something directly from the menu with no customized options….I always think, well its been a while maybe they’ve improved. They haven’t, so I suppose I can only blame myself. Panera is still a dependable option for delicious bagels, sweet pastries, and my favorite—tomato soup!
The manager reached out to me shortly after I posted my review and was very accommodating. I will definitely be returning. I experienced some issues with the delivery app, so I opted to pick up my order instead. However, when I got home, I found that my large coffee was only two-thirds full, and my salad was missing its dressing. It appeared that they were quite busy and possibly overwhelmed that day.
THEY WERE SO HELPFUL I WAS GETTING MY BIRTHDAY TREAT BUT IT DIDNT LOAD PN MY ACCOUNT AND THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO HELP AND EVERYTHING I LOEV IT THERE ALL THE
