I experienced some issues with the delivery app, so I opted to pick up my order instead. However, when I got home, I found that my large coffee was only two-thirds full, and my salad was missing its dressing. It appeared that they were quite busy and possibly overwhelmed that day.

Always go to Panera on 21st st after I've had a procedure at SNGH or EVMS. Just a good place to wind down afterwards. Good food too.
